Marigny Development LLC, a New Orleans based company, was founded in 2003 specializing in the renovation of historic homes.

Marigny Development has mastered melding historically accurate building techniques and materials with modern technology and materials.  Although we have expanded over the years, we remain dedicated to preserving our unique New Orleans neighborhoods.
